Congratulations, I'm happy to see you give them up! As for tips, my mom and dad both quit smoking about 8 years ago together. My mom used the patches. She use to say they worked great, but she need a little more help, so she pretty much relied on coffee. So coffee and patches helped her. As for
my dad, he tried to go cold turkey. He said it was fairly easy, but he picked up a few packs of the nicotine gum.
Hope your method works, good luck!

Both my parents smoked as long as I can remember..

My mom decided to quit smoking over 30 years ago. So she did it
cold turkey! Although, my mom passed away 4 and a half years ago due to cancer, it wasn't from the smoking. She lived long enough to see her grandchildren.
They were 11 and 9 at the time of her passing.
My mom used to smoke 3 packs a day, just thought you should know...

My father struggled with it so much that he passed away
from lung cancer! My dad smoked 2 packs a day, but, then it was too hard for him to stop. That was in 1993. I was 3 months pregnant with my first child then.

So, all in all, if you prefer to LIVE life, then QUIT!

I wanna say the Laser was 200.00. I haven't smoked a cigarette in 3 years even though I partake in a Cigar every once in a while.

I quit 19 years ago when I discovered I was pg with my son. It was really easy for me because I only smoked on the weekends when I partied AND I didn't want to harm my unborn child.

But my husband has been trying to kick the chewing habit for 6 years now. He relapses about twice a year (that I can tell). I see what he goes through mentally because of this addictive habit. I don't think he really wants to quit. He's doing it for me and his daughters. So know this: you will only succeed if YOU really want to. If you are doing it for someone else, chances are it won't work.

It starts off with one or two cigarettes a day....then it reaches to one
pack.. then two...and so on...
Of course, it all depends on the individual.

Anyways, those sticks are poison!
Like I said, do yourself a favor and QUIT!!
