Looking into 3.91's

I'm about an hour or so north of Charlotte. Tax returns should be back next month, and I'm wondering if any of you know any good speed shops to swap in 3.91's?

Also someone reasonably priced, I've read guys who got quoted $1200-1500 to just swap in gears.

PCM of NC? Think they're in your neck of the woods.

I knew they are a good shop, I just wasn't sure they did gear swaps

They turned me down for putting on my potential axle back and told me to go to a good local exhaust shop.

Either too jammed with work and couldn't fit you in, or they'd have been to much more $$ and a good exhaust shop was probably the less expensive route to go on an axleback.

I usually work on my car myself, but when something is beyond my experience or lack of specialized tools/equipment, I'd consider these shops to work on my cars; SL Customs, JHR Performance, PCM of NC...They're all in Mooresville.

There's a place in Greensboro, Greensboro Speed. Don't have any personal experience with but I did meet the guy at the G'boro cars n coffee and got one of his cards.

Yeah it was probably because they didn't have the time to do it to only make the $100-200 or they were just trying to save you money by going to an exhaust shop.

I was going to have MTI in ATL put on my cat back but they wanted an exorbitant amount until our ATL club had a dyno day there and they used it as a "demo" or whatever.
