Vibration in roof at idle

What is between the headliner and roof above the left side passenger seat? I have a vibration at idle that stops when I press on the headliner in that area. 2019 ZL1, A10, Sunroof, 26.5K miles. Really annoying and I don't know what's causing the noise.

when you say "left passenger seat". is that drivers rear seat?
or the left side of the passenger seat? commonly called the middle of the roof?
