DSX Flex wire routing?
I am in the process of installing a DSX flex fuel sensor on my 17 ZL1. I have the blue connector all apart and am ready to insert the pin.
The problem that I have run into is that the wire from the sensor to the ECU seems to be too short. I've tried routing the wire around the back of the engine, tie wrapping it to the fuel line, and come up short. I tried running it around the front of the engine and same thing. What am I missing? How did you route your sensor wiring? I can lengthen the wire if need be but shouldn't have to... |

I ran mine along the front of the engine and it was plenty long enough... It will be no issue splicing a short piece of wire onto it. I wouldn't splice 10 feet into it but a foot or two is no problem! I would also solder and shrink wrap that splice it it were me.

Thanks. I'll try from the front again. I think that I only need an additional 8ish inches.
