1LE builds on hold?

I was reading another thread and it was mentioned that 1LE builds were on a production hold because of a parts shortage, is there any truth to that?
I've heard there is an alcantara shortage. Maybe that has something to do with it?

I ordered mine on March 3rd and it was built on April 11th. Maybe I missed the hold by a bit..
