I've referenced this video a few times when trying to get at the fin from underneath. It's a good guide for removing the headliner.

Hey thanks for all the responses! I used to get notifications when someone responded to a post and since I didn't receive any I haven't been here in a min.
As someone already replied, I do have 2 cameras. One under the bumper for the backup cam in the head unit and a second camera in the fin for the rearview mirror. I don't use the rearview mirror cam, it actually makes me feel sick when I look away and back again, but I also don't want it to be broken. I've read quite a bit on there being leakage issues in the fin causing this issue, especially when taken through an automatic car wash. My 2SS is my year-round daily, and it has to be washed during the winter in MN, so I really have no choice. Thinking back, I think the blue screen issue did start after the first automatic car wash. I haven't had time to dig through my extended warranty yet to see if it's covered, but as mentioned, if it requires a headliner drop, that will be a deal breaker for me. I'm going to take a look at the video @DamonZ28 posted and see how bad it is.

I drive my car daily in Wisconsin, and while I really don't like going through an automatic wash, sometimes you need to. I stick to touchless washes. Anyway, my fin chatters on the roof when going through the dryer. I tried tightening it by lowering the headliner (I didn't drop it completely). But the tightening didn't seem to help, it's still a little loose.

I found some information that may be helpful for others. The issue I'm describing is covered in TSB 16-NA-342, so it is a known issue. Of course, my bumper-to-bumper warranty is expired, but I called the company that administers my extended warranty and they will cover it, the TSB is just icing on the cake.
Now, I need to figure out if it's worth having the shop drop the back of the headliner. I looked at the video and I'm to broken to be climbing into the trunk anymore. Anyone in the Twin-Cities MN area able to recommend a dealer you'd trust? Push comes to shove I can always take pics and video of my interior condition before the work is done to hold them accountable for anything they f'up.

Here's the TSB for reference, it simply asks for disconnecting, then reconnecting the coax cable.
If you're lucky, it's loose at the mirror base and not the sharkfin antenna base, and you can fix it in 2 minutes at home.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm planning to head out and check it when I have a free min, hopefully it is just the cable at the mirror.

Quick follow up. Unfortunately, it's not the connection at the mirror so it's either a loose connection at the shark fin or the connection is corroded from moisture.
The video connector does not look like any that I found on the internet. The female end of the connector where the release is, clips into the mirror module and only fits upside-down, meaning the release is not accessible unless you remove the connector from the clip in the mirror module. The short length of cable feeding the connector barely has enough slack to allow the connector to be removed from the clip so it can be rotated 180* to release the male end. The red arrow is pointing to the black release tab, pinch it and pull on the male end. Pic to hopefully help someone else down the road.
