Getting about 4 days out of the stock pads at COTA. Had good luck with them in general. I brake at 150m mark into turn 12 at 150+ mph to ~43 mph. On my 3rd set of front rotors and 2nd set at the rear after 5 years with about 8-10 track days/yr.
