Fully wrapped the lower portion of the intake box. IAT is now at or a few degrees less than ambient air temp. Had some left over so replaced all silver wrap with the gold

Mishimoto doesn't make the correct lower radiator hose for my model Camaro, so I ended up ordering heat sleeves. Intended for just the upper radiator hose, I had barely enough to do the lower as well. Ordered heat shrink to replace the lower gold wrap but it works for now.
From what I can tell, coolant reaches lower temps faster and stays cooler, despite pushing the engine a little hard for 20 minutes just to make sure there were no issues. After driving hard for a while I could touch the upper hose with my bare hands. Definitely cooler. And yes, coolant was added. I wanted a quick photo before I did more
