You should be able to use 1LE sizes - Rear 11 inch wheels and 305/30/20 tires, front 10 inch wheels and 285/30/20.
There is a wiring harness in the driver's side rear wheel well that needs to be moved if you use anything larger than 305/30/20. Some people recommend moving it for the 305/30/20 also, but I found I did not need to - that may vary depending on the exact profile of the tire use (there is some variation between tires/brands for the same size).
