That looks like uneven transfer of pad material where the disk was hottest in the middle. Keep an eye on it, but it'll likely fade with normal driving. If you start to get vibration in your brake pedal then have the rotors honed and re-bed the brakes to prolong the life of your pads+rotors.

Keep an eye out for uneven pad wear like one edge wearing faster than the other on a single pad or inside/outside wearing faster. That could indicate a stuck caliper or a caliper pin that needs some grease to slide properly.

I frequently get stuff like this (but much worse) from abusing my poor non-1LE brakes on track without properly bedding. You want that pad material on the rotor but ideally it should be distributed more evenly.

Disclaimer: my only qualification is that I have used up a lot of pads+rotors and change them myself. I am not a mechanic.
