Though I'm confused with the formatting from what was mentioned of their part numbers on the first page of the thread, it's:
FE4 & FEA = 84258571 & 84258572 (So do I get both of these ones to put into my ZL1?

Assuming the FE4 and FEA info is accurate on the first page, that means that you already have the proper knuckle/bushing assemblies on your Camaro. The way the original post is written, those are the PNs for the LH and RH knuckles for both the FE4 and FEA suspension RPOs.
Edit: Just confirmed on a few different sites. GM has the same PN for the rear knuckle assemblies on 2018 SS 1LE (FE4), ZL1 (FE4), and ZL1 1LE (FEA). This means that the rear knuckle bushings should also be the same for all of those.
