It's a ZL1 not a 1LE. And the Dive planes were fitted after the IVA anyway (Govt. test to comply with UK laws).
GM can't and haven't officially sold the ZL1 or the ZL11LE in Europe because of the pedestrian safety laws, however the rules for personal imports are little different.
