Regarding body style moving from 240 to 280, 280 to 300, and so on, Nissan has always payed homage the the previous and distant past Z cars in some way. They’re proud of this.

I’ve always been a fan of the Z cars (own a 370z now), and have liked the previous versions. Way too early to tell on the 400z offering, I hope Nissan finds its way out of its recent financial troubles and actually finds a way to release the car.
