Some cars you save a few $1000 and more expensive car like the new Cadillac Escalade V is over $13k off with the plan. There is a cap with dealer fees with the Employee plan. In Florida, the max is $75.
The only problem is finding a dealer that will accept it. Dealers were not required to be part of the plan pre-pandemic, so I'm sure even fewer are accepting it.
