I can't see how the Vegas team won't be garbage for the first few years. This is to be expected though as it takes time to build a team from scratch. They'll need to put a quality product on the ice by the 5th season, in my estimate, to keep interest.
People from the New England states do seem to be some pretty hard core sports fans for sure.
