I'd be willing to bet your referring to the NPP rattle. If you have the NPP exhaust, there's little valves on the tail end of the system the opens and closes based on RPM and other stuff.
Currently I believe the fix is to go to the dealer for some sort glue, I think. I don't have that system so I haven't really kept up with it. I'm sure someone will jump in and help you out soon.
