With my best launch I left at about 3800 rpm and with traction control off but got a little too much spin and 60' time was terrible at 2.5 seconds. Any opinions? I also feel as if the run flats are no where near sticky enough but could just be me as it seems the SS guys are getting good runs on them.
Raise or lower your launch rpm 100-200 rpms at a time until you find what it wants. Sometimes it will vary day today depending on weather conditions, track temp, and track prep... I would start the day with my old M6 2010 SS at 2500 rpms and creep up on it until I found what it liked that day. Typically it seemed to like 2800-3000 on street tired. But that's a different animal.
