Got my first real workout in about 2 months yesterday at the Y. I decided on starting at about 60% of my top working weight, which I think was a good choice as it was still heavy but not overkill. I'm a little sore today, but not bad. The good news is they are starting 24 hour access so that will be a lot better with my schedule. Bad news its only at the main building across town which is about 15 min away. I usually go to the college branch which is about a block away and they have better equipment there. The main building doesn't even have a seated calf and it has the older nautilus leg press. Minor issues though so I guess I can make do.
