Nope. As long as the rotors/pads are in decent shape and have some life left, im all for it. Meaning, I would still buy one, just priced accordingly if I needed to replace the tires/pads/rotors etc shortly after, so work it into the price. Otherwise, no, most often people who track take good care of their stuff.
