Best time to buy any rear wheel drive sports car is November/December from a dealership located where it snows in the winter. You likely won't have much luck or see prices fluctuate in PHX but come to the midwest around Thanksgiving when dealers want to get those off the lot before they have to pay to keep them around for 3-4 months. You'll get a deal, especially on a lightly used model.
