Well this is upsetting. If it's in the manual on a new generation vehicle, I feel it's very safe to assume the car is meant to have these things. In a sense, that means we are paying for services and abilities of the car that are not actually present.

How can we bring this to the attention of anyone at GM who can correct the issue at the factory level and get a recall out there to reprogram currently build vehicles? I understand that most people won't actually care about these things, but since I don't have my car yet, I want to make sure when I do drop $44K+ on mine, that I get the most possible out of it that I was intended to get.
