My approach is to email several dealerships in the area and see whats the out the door price is and I've read several guides (maybe for new camaros) on how to get the leg work done WITHOUT walking into a dealership. I got perfect credit but I dont want to spend any time over an hour at the dealer. I will be trading in my good quality 2011 2SS (80K miles) which I think has a value of around 12-14k trade in at this point.

Most of the dealers on a fully loaded 2016 2 SS with 15,000 miles they will
on a $27,000 offer around here.
Clean book NADA is $33,000 so even $28,000 a bit low. But different parts of the country things sell at different prices so look around. Run some numbers at NADA and KBB website and watch your local ads. Mileages is a big factor on value so watch that when comparing.. good luck with your search
