Nope, both longer and shorter 2 piece race ramps have removable lower sections...
When I take the lower ramps off, I leave a note on my seat to reinstall before starting car. You’re probably thinking, seriously, who would drive off the ramps before installing lower sections? I almost did it a couple years back
