I have a co-worker that previously worked at Delphi developing and testing MRC for GM. That was a previous revision but they would test the MRC kits past 100k miles without issues. Of course you have early mortality on some units, but they are built to last. They have been putting them in other cars and trucks for years, so I wouldn't be to worried about it.
