I have used the Graphene Advanced Coating, so the traditional wipe-on coating, so not exactly what you're looking for, but I did have the UV light, and that does work well depending on the color of your car.

On my wife's Victory Red Saturn Sky, the light worked fantastic. Was easily able to see where the coating had been applied and to make sure I didn't miss any spots.

On my Rapid Blue Camaro, the UV light was useless. Since it makes the coating "glow" a light shade of blue, it just blended in with the color of the car and I couldn't tell what was the car's paint color, and what was the graphene coating.

If you have a color where a light blue "glow" from the coating would contrast well with the car, I think it's a nice addition. However, if the UV "glow" and the car's color is too close, I'd go ahead and skip it.
