This is why I leave money out of it. You will only cause comment after comment about the price. It has nothing to do with your issue. You had a bad battery/alternator. It happens. Your wife should understand that it isn't easy to change cars, you just got it and she should be happy. This isn't a brand new car that is shaking on the highway. This is minor issue that will be fixed under warranty. I think this is not any kind of issue and it is all up to your wife being more understanding. I don't mean to sound judgmental or harsh about your wife.
