Based on some quick math, an engine using the 3.622 stroke of the LT1 could rev 7500+ rpm and still have the same piston speed as the LS7. Using the shorter ratio rocker arms, I wonder if they would be stable at those rpms.

I think the issue would be valve area and port flow to get enough air in the engine.
