A few ways to get the bolt out... Since your on your own!



sharp ass punch and hammer punching a corner counter clockwise til you can grab with vise grips (room makes it hard in this situation)

a dremmel tool with a thin cutting disc to cut a slice in it so you can back it out with a screw driver, may grind into the other metal "aluminum" should not be a problem unless u get carried away and go deep! bracket will cover the scar most likely!

weld a small 1/4 20 bolt tip to the bolt and just back it out (got be able to weld like me of course)

preferred method but harder.. use an Angle drill with a good bit like stainless or titanium, sharp hardened center punch, get the hole dead in the center so drill doesn't move around, and ease out extractor bit..

1st 2 should work easiest provided they didn't use locktite.. seeing how it back out then broke i doubt they did.
