Not sure about ordering the car from factory but you could just pick up a spare set of wheels from someone who wants to get them out of their garage and put all seasons on them. (what i did) Run your all seasons for commuting and have hi performance tires for trackdays or spirited wheekend trips. If you are commuting it might be better to get a set of 19" wheels and run a square setup so you can rotate the tires for better tread wear.
