I've been looking around for some car mods that I really want for my 2011 V6.

ACS T5 front splitter
or SLP splitter (must fit v6)
Anvil rear spoiler
Havoc rear spoiler (also called ducktail?)
2.0 Afterburners (either LED or plasma)
OEM RS taillights - must be in GOOD condition!! (no scratches, cracks, etc.)
