Before we give Ford too bad of a time, know that I just built a 2SS with enough options to push msrp to $62,590! I'd rather have a Mach 1 Premium than a $62k 2SS, personally.
It was a 2SS A10, wild design cherry package, 1LE suspension upgrade (not the entire 1LE package), black lug nuts, SS upgraded wheels, sunroof, Nav, Magnetic dampers, dual mode exhaust, CF shift knob, Recaros, Alloy pedals, Microfiber steering wheel, and embroidered center console lid.
The highest I could get a GT PP1 was to $58k.
