I would, personally, go with the BMR over those, at the price. I'm not too fond of the way in which the adjustment mechanism locks together, in that it is of two flat surfaces clamped together at a plane that is on the axis of tension and compression.
If I think of failure modes, that type of design seems more susceptible to more severe results than of the design with SPL and BMR in a threaded rod with jam-nut.
Just my thoughts. Maybe I am missing something with their design details? I am not familiar with the company.
