To me this looks like another sales strategy failure on GM's part---the MSRP for these two cars is a mere $350 apart when built to a similar configuration... the Impala I configured has no ventilated seats but does have homelink
(the lack of which is a dealbreaker for me in any car). The Accord sports a much modern looking gauge cluster and steering wheel, though.
