My experience with Nextgen wasn't bad. I bought the quad tip rear diffuser from them (rebranded Ikon) and it had some minor defects. I contacted them for an exchange and it was handled fairly fast. Also got the door speaker surrounds and they were perfect. Everything shipped in a day or two. Hope things work out for you.
