Sounds like a good deal! I traded a 16 Fiesta ST for a 17 LT V6 manual that was also sitting on the lot for nearly 2 years. No issues with the car, although I did change the oil right away since it was already 2 years old. Might check for flat spots on the tires if it has been sitting without moving for a long time. Battery might be weak if it was dead for a while too. Nothing there that would keep me from buying the car, and especially at a great deal like that. I got a similar discount but yours is a little better!
I like the Camaro more than the FiST, although the FiST is a very fun little car. The Camaro seems much bigger and handles better. I am sure the 1LE will be even more fun. The V6 is surprisingly good, and since yours is a 17 you can get the GM performance intake with GM tune (all warranty supported). The manual trans is a bit notchy, not as smooth as the FiST but not bad.
