I used a sawzall and cleaned it up with a Dremel. It was pretty easy. Just make sure to clamp the valve cover down firm, and move it around as you need to so you're not in awkward positions. I would, also, tape it off REALLY good and clean it REALLY good, too, before assembly. I think it took longer to cut the valve covers than install the blower, HA. I cut the VCs a week before installing the blower, which made the blower swap really easy and, actually, enjoyable. I don't think I swore once. HAHAHA
