I would not recommend this yet, but if there was some sort of failure in the front seat heating control module you took apart from the passenger seat, it looks fairly cheap. There is a used one listed on eBay for $40 USD or best offer, but I suppose shipping internationally would probably double the price. But if that is the issue, it should not be ridiculously expensive to fix.
