Short answer yes, with an if. Long answer - no, with a but...
The spoiler picks up two existing holes from the SS pedestal spoiler, but it is absolutely recommended that additional mounting holes be drilled for safety and a really nice, yet simple template is included.
The spoiler covers up all holes from the 2SS spoiler and there are stickers included to cover the unused holes under the spoiler to avoid water leakage.
