ehhh highly doubt it. I believe the V8 is more in danger of being obsolete then the V6. Considering every car manufacturer is leaning towards a low fuel intake cars/hybrid technology.
IMO i think all V8 cars will be gone from the public market and the only vehicles that will have a V8 will be commercial use vehicles like construction trucks or trailers by 2030.
