Seriously doubting that stuff does much good at such a low volume, unless it has lead (which it doesn't).
You'd need 3 gallons of 117 octane fuel (xylene) to bring 15 gal of 91 up to 95 octane
If there were such a thing as an unleaded 129 octane additive, you'd need 1 gal to bring 15 gal up to 93 octane.
