Can any one tell me if the 50th Anniversary edition has the tow eye cover that inserts into the front grill ?

I noticed a hole where the hook screws in

but no "cover" as the manual suggests

I know the SS is supposed to have one but im not sure if the 50th Anniversary cars have a different grille and no cover?
