The onky real issue I see are your mounting plates. Since you have no frame to bolt to they should be minimum 6"x6" 1/8"thick with another 6x6" 1/8" plate on the underside with minimum of 4 3/8" bolts. Your over all layout looks good outside of knowing your tubing OD and wall thckness.
