Finally had to take it into for the flush after getting a warning light. Took a month and got it back just yesterday. Have to say, the flush makes a big difference in how smoothly it drives now.

Glad to hear the shudder improved after the flush. If done correctly and in time, it should work longer term, too. Maybe not forever, but this is the best we can get at the moment, and auto transmissions don't last forever in any case.

This is the second dealer to pull some weird, petty nonsense with me (first took my aluminum valve covers and suggested I had removed them myself before dropping off the vehicle). I don't understand why people can't just be honest about minor things anymore.

IMO these are not a minor things but grounds for never returning to these shady places... stealing your valve covers and telling you that you had removed them? How is this "minor"?
