Glad to hear the shudder improved after the flush. If done correctly and in time, it should work longer term, too. Maybe not forever, but this is the best we can get at the moment, and auto transmissions don't last forever in any case.

IMO these are not a minor things but grounds for never returning to these shady places... stealing your valve covers and telling you that you had removed them? How is this "minor"?
