A few more:

My dealer added tint to the car. Looked great from the inside, but from the outside, there were a few bubbles. I caught it during the inspection and they scheduled a service department visit for me to get it fixed.

I noticed the valve stem caps on the car were loose. Pretty sure if I hadn't spotted it, I would've lost a cap or 2 eventually. Phew... saved a few cents =)

During detailing my car, I noticed a scratch in the rear window, 2 chips in the front bumpers, and a door ding. You can only see them in just the right light, so bring a bright flashlight. I didn't detail the car until 2 weeks after I brought it home, so who knows if it was there when I bought it or not. Still pissed, but oh well, just a car...
