I'm not saying it runs too hot to track (notice how my original post doesn't say anything about over-heating - that's intentional). I'm saying I don't prefer to deal with heat management when I can do heads/cam and make a little less power (but close)... all without adding an extra 100-150lbs over the front axle... That's all.
