Well...

I guess at this time we'll just have to wait and see what happens. It's a fact that GM will NEVER tell us what's what with this issue. I would have hoped they would...since it's an outsourced part ...not something their primary engineering caused.

But they just don't really know how to deal with these issues very well, IMO. We would still be a ton better off if they would just give us a good "new" part and put it in at their cost before a catastrophic failure cost them an entire new engine. Piss poor thinking on their part, and the kind of thinking that can drive buyers away...


I have a 10 year 115k mile extended warranty, but l don't really want to deal with this type of issue....and GM should step up and do the right thing.
