When I had my 2013 1LE I had some issues with the wrap too I never did get it fixed, it seem like a hassle, I checked into it but no one really wanted to take responsibility, the dealer, GM, 3M. Are they water spots? If that’s the case maybe you can get them off with vinegar or something
