Sadly...I put about 500 miles on my baby in the last 14 months. It does sit in the garage a lot. I definitely don’t do any track days and likely won’t ever. It’s more of a garage queen that I take out every now and then to cruise around. However, I do like to get in the gas here and there. If I had bought a non-50th anniversary Camaro (FIFTY package), I probably would’ve mildly modded it and possibly take it to the strip. Oh and of course drive it a lot more.

Isn’t one of the main purposes of running a full synthetic is less break down which allows you to put more miles between oil changes? For that, you would want a higher quality (“synthetic”) filter so that it matches somewhat the logevity? That’s my whole goal here. It doesn’t make sense in my opinion to use a oil that is good for 5000 miles when the filter is only good for 3000. Then it’s pointless to get that premium oil.
