I can't comment on rubbing or fitment issues but I did some research on wider tire options for my LT1 before going (at least for now) w/just upgrading to the stock SS (non-1LE) wider 275/35/20 for rear tires.

One issue w/going with that 305/30/19 size used by ZL1 1LE Front tires for LT1 is they are ~1.5" inches and about ~5% shorter than the pretty tall stock LT1 275/40/20 tires. I would worry going that much shorter without any changes to suspension and speedometer that was done for ZL1 w/1LE option could potentially cause some issues.

However, for 19" wheel size, it does look like just going instead for 305/35/19 would get you within ~1% of stock tire size (w/some increase in sidewall of course), so if you can get confirmation that 305 width works I would think that would be a better option for LT1.

I recommend checking out size options with https://tiresize.com/calculator/ (or similar) which I used for above #'s as it also shows good tire size comparison pictures.
