Flushed and switched to Amsoil Signature Series Multi-Vehicle Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid. The car shifts nice and smooth, much better than anything else I have tried.

I live in AZ also (Tucson area), and my car only has 800 miles on it. It also has the T3160, of course, and so far the only shifting complaints I have are 1) notchiness going into 1st, 2) notchiness going into reverse and 3) the cross-over gate to reverse is very stiff. All of the upshifts are smooth, downshifts as well with the exception of into 1st. Taking in all of the input in this thread to decide what fluid to change to.
